A complete set of textures for creating a realistic Earth-like planet with an atmosphere and night-time city lighting. The textures are seamless and ready for use in game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) and 3D software (Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D).
Contents of the archive (all textures in 20K resolution, PNG format):
Diffuse (Colour) — 2 variants:
Temperate 03 generic (diffuse) - with polar caps
Temperate 03 generic (diffuse) no caps - without polar caps
Heightmap — elevation map for land and ocean floor terrain
Bump — normal map for surface detailing
Shiness (Specular) — specular map controlling reflections (land/water/ice)
Cloudmap — a cloud map
City Lights (01–04) — 4 variants of city night light maps:
— *01* — sparse development (suburbs, developing areas)
— *02* — denser development (densely populated regions)
— *03* — very dense cities (major metropolises)
— *04* — the densest development (ecumenopolises)

Completely seamless (seamless / tileable) — textures can be repeated without visible seams
Procedural generation ensures a natural look without repeating patterns

Formats: PNG (8-bit), resolution 20000×10000 (suitable for spherical unwrapping).
Note: textures are supplied without a 3D model, but can easily be applied to any UV sphere. For rotation animations and atmospheric effects, we recommend using a shader with support for multiple layers (diffuse + city lights + emission).
